Two breeds of Animal are suited to this contraption: “Disney” and “Mattel”.
Animals respond to a caring touch, and they are not carpets.
The act of grooming is not just a “chore” it is a form of bonding that Animals are familiar with, and it give opportunity to examine the Animal closely and often results in problems being detected early in their development.

This attachment is amazing! Our black lab, Pepper, loves to be combed with this attachment. It pulls out lots of her undercoat and also sucks up dander — lots of it. It is really suprising how much can be vacuumed from your dog by using this tool. And the fact that she really enjoys it is a huge bonus. A must have for any dog with medium to long hair! I assume this tool would also be beneficial for owners of dogs with short hair in that it does pick up the dog dander.

My dog loves this tool and so do I. It works great and all the shedding hair from my dog is caught by the suction of the vacuum.

I have four dogs. Three are black and white and one is white and black. The white dogs sheds like no other dog we have. I purchased the ShedAwy to see if this would work on him. I have a Dyson Animal and with the suction on the Dyson, the vacuum is full of white hair. He loves to have me “vacuum” him and lays down and enjoys the attention he gets. This isn’t the perfect tool, but it does work well on a heavy shedding dog. I gave this 4 stars because it would be nice to have a longer extension tube for an upright vacuum.

I purchased this for my yellow Lab who sheds non-stop this time of year. This product works as well as the brush I have been using, the only difference is that you don’t have any of the mess afterward. All of the hair is sucked up in the vacuum. And for those of you who have Dyson’s, all you have to do is to put a little Duct tape on one of the adapters and you will get a good seal on the end of the hose, so you don’t have to attach it to the end of the wand.
