<description>This past Christmas, my daughter recieved one of these Swim To Me Puppies as a gift.(the Golden Retriever version) We broke it out in January to use it for the first time. We put in the batteries and let her play with it during bathtime. Problem is, as other reviewers have stated, the toy will NOT turn off once it gets wet. You have to grab a screwdriver and remove all 4 screws and take out the batteries in order to turn it off. I sent an E-Mail to the company and their response was &quot; We recommend that you clean the metal contacts on the front of the dog with rubbing alcohol and pressing the center of the heart for several seconds&quot; Well, I did this several times, but each time I put the puppy back in the water, the same thing happens. Just a complete waste of money. Save yours, buy a toy that works
