We saw this product at Bed, Bath & Beyond for $4. We don’t have dogs but we thought since they like talking toys (we have squeaking mice and squawking bird toys) they might like this too.

At first they were a little scared of it but now you can hear them play with it often. It’s also really cute, the sounds that come out of it, and I like the variety.

Not sure how well it works with dogs but if your cat likes things that make noise and are spherical, go for it!

I know this toy was designed for dogs and cats, but it’s great for our ferrets. They love it. They can’t pick it up or anything, but they will nose it around the room and push it through their ferret tunnel. Works great in combination with the Marshall super thru-way.

Also, we got the larger one for our parents dog, and she was terrified of it. Go figure. Our ferrets are braver than a yellow lab!

My ShihPoo who is 1 years old absolutely loves this. It can get a little annoying for us at times, but you learn to tune it out and have fun with it too. Best talking ball ever.

I bought one of these at the local Petco on a close out. They are so good that I went back and bought two more through Amazon. My standard schnauzer has destroyed every toy that I’ve ever given her. Although they recommend against letting your dog grind away on the babble, my dog does. We cover it in a sock. She is through the sock in a minute and is grinding on the ball. It has held up. The bonus comes that my grandson is in love with the babble (he is 6 months old). I’m sure he will become bored with it later, but for now he loves it. He received one for Christmas.
