Neither dog (the older one or the younger one) liked it & would never use it. The two dogs we have now don't mind using them. The older one hasn't gotten to the point where she uses it on her own. Light enough to move around easily, and durable enough so far - our heaviest cat is around 15 lbs and it does fine. Will update if any changes occur.
