I will never buy from this site again.
I had to reorder twice and they finally shipped it 3 weeks later. In fact FedEx tracking link showed them shipping the product the day after my last email to this site saying “Where’s my stuff”.

I purchased this product because we have a new dog that we are potty training and per hoover this product has enzymes to eliminate the smell of pet urine. It has been a week now since I have steam cleaned my carpet and it is completely dry and I can still smell a hint of dog urine. I used my hoover steam cleaner and followed the directions to a T. For the price of the product it was not worth it, I will go back to using their regular detergent and by a urine eliminator at our local pet store.

This is not a very good cleaner. I bought it with my new Hoover steam vac.It did not clean well at all,it also does not deodorize and it left the carpet looking dull. Fortunately I still had a jug of rug doctor and used it on the second half of my room and I really noticed an immediate difference. The machine glided easily over the area while cleaning with the rug dr. and when I emptied the tank the water was twice as dirty. I am so annoyed that I wasted $20.00 on this and even with the free shipping the bottle was leaky. Hoover has been making this for a long time why does the bottle leak.It’s the same size as a 24 load bottle of tide detergent. I will keep it for emergencies.

It is over priced but a little goes a long way so I guess it is worth the cost. It cleans and deoderizes the carpet great.
