I bought this for my office. My husband does the litter boxes and he hates it. It’s not easy to reassemble after taking the used litter out. The cats chewed on the fake plant and threw up. It now sits in the basement unused. I’m back to looking at the litterbox with a cover, filter and handle. I can move that out of my office. Like a fine porcelin, it’s pretty to look at but not practical.

This is a great cat box. It looks like a plant from afar. It was bigger than I expected, it would definitley work for more than one cat. The greenery could be a bit nicer and more of it would have been nice too. The “moss” around the top doesn’t really work as my cat finds it a toy and I finally just threw it out rather than find it all over my house. Overall though i would buy this again rather than have to look at an obvious cat box.

I received this Hidden Litter Box today in the mail. I read alot of reviews before buying it to make sure, because of the cost, that this Hidden Litter Box was worth buying and on the whole, I would say yes because no one else is producing this type of planter litter box at this price. There was complaints about the upper part matching the lower part and the company must have heard complaints because mine was easy to put together. The top sits on a ridge on the bottom half. The body itself is worth the money because it does look like a planter. Problems with this item are the moss and the fake plant. I don’t like the moss, but another reviewer said he replaced it with rocks and that is what I am doing because it looks better. Also the plant looks like total crap. It came with the leaves looking cheap and bent. I have seen alot of fake silk plants and this particular plant is pathetic for the price we are asked to pay for it. I actually tried to use an iron and steam on it to make the leaves look decent and gave up because it was too much of a problem to fix. I am going to a craft store and buying a fake plant to put in it which is what I sugguest to whoever else wants to buy this item. You can go on EBAY, a pet store or to a hobby store and buy rocks to put in the planter and buy what ever fake plant you want for the planter and then it would look real and fantastic. The problems are simple to fix with this item. So I do suggest buying it for people who do not want to see a litter box, but if you want it to look real, you need to replace the moss and plant which is easy to do.

We bought this product after seeing it in a Skymall catalogue. We thought it would be great in our new place and lot less conspicuous than a normal litter box. The cats had no trouble at all switching from the old litter box to this one, it was so simple. This one also has a ton of room inside for the cats to do their business and to make it easy for clean up. Overall I highly recommend this product, no one has even guessed it is a litter box. When I do tell people they can’t believe it. It’s great!
